Stephen Milgate
Principal
Stephen is an experienced public affairs management and management consultant who for the past 25 years has worked closely with the Australian medical profession and in particular orthopaedic surgeons. He is also the CEO and director of the Australian Doctors Federation and consults regularly with psychiatrists, orthopaedic surgeons, medical surgical assistants and the Council of Procedural Specialists.
In 2015 he was awarded an honorary fellowship of the Australian Orthopaedic Association.
The Australian health sector is complex and often misunderstood by policy advocates who disregard its diversity and complexity.
